MP Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to CEECAT Capital and their portfolio company Goodpack on the acquisition of PACCOR Romania from Faerch Group.
This deal underscores once again the immeasurable value of our unique sector expertise. In 2021, MP advised on the majority sale of the two Bulgarian packaging companies TEDA and LDS to CEECAT, forming Goodpack Group. We were retained by CEECAT to support the group’s expansion in attractive niches and new markets, leveraging our direct access to the decision makers in the packaging industry. Following an exclusive process, the successful add-on acquisition of Paccor Romania further boosts Goodpack’s value proposition and creates the largest independent thermoformed packaging supplier in CEE.
