In close collaboration with its customers, the company develops, designs and produces a variety of bottles, droppers, tubes and closures. The company is capable of different manufacturing technologies such as injection moulding, injection blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding.
Alpla is one of the top 10 global players in the rigid packaging market.
The transaction comprised 100% of the shares. The transaction will significantly increase Alpla’s existing market share in South-Eastern Europe and its know-how in the pharma packaging market.
