MP Academy

At MP, we know that our teams are our most important asset when it comes to successfully closing deals for our clients. That’s why we have developed a comprehensive and integrated talent
management programme as a core foundation for the team’s sustainable success.

With an annual budget of 2% of sales, we offer our team members an individualised training programme. It consists of 38 standard and over 85 elective modules delivered by the most renowned business schools and training providers across Europe.

This allows us to fully unleash the potential of each individual and provide the best support for the personal career development of every colleague.

Partnering with universities and colleges

Our dynamic team is actively involved in knowledge transfer. We organise regular workshops and events with various partners, such as with Vienna University of Economics and Business, University of St. Gallen, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Antwerp Management School. Together, we share many years of skills and experience in teaching, lecturing, and corporate finance.

Team activities and events

A good team spirit is essential to achieve success together. To grow as a team, we organise team events and activities where all team members can come together: from various sports challenges, group training sessions and regular after-work events to events such as the Christmas party, the MP & Family Event and our annual Team Offsite. So far, we have competed as a team in the Lake Constance Cycling Marathon, the TCS Marathon in Amsterdam, the Wings for Life Run, the Kitzbühel Triathlon, a golf challenge and the Spartan Race in Sparta.
